| Inquiry: | Thang Long Joint Operating Company (“TLJOC”) hereby solicit potential Contractor(s)/Supplier(s) to express its interest to participate in the tender for Provision Car Rental Services by submitting its Company information as required below to the email vqhuy@tljoc.com.vn with an email subject: " Bidder Registration to Tender Ref. RFQ#9422002 - Provision of Car Rental Services”. The registration email must be reached TLJOC not later than 12:00hrs noon 4 April 2022 (Bidder Registration Due Date).
Scope of Services:
TLJOC shall in no way be responsible or liable for non-timely receipt of registration email(s) or for email(s) not received at all. TLJOC reserves the sole right to reject and disqualify any Bidder who does not meet TLJOC’s requirements based on their capacity, capability and experience in providing the subject goods/services and other requirements subject to internal and regulatory approval. The Tender shall only be solicited from the approved Bidders in compliance with TLJOC’s Procurement Policies and Procedures. TENDERING PROCESS SHALL BE STRICTLY IN COMPLIANCE WITH TLJOC PROCUREMENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES AND ITS REVISIONS/SUPPLEMENTAL. |
