Thang Long Joint Operating Company (“TLJOC”) hereby invites Bidder(s) to register for participation in providing Provision of Microsoft 365 Licenses & Email Systems Setup Services as follows:

1	- Migrate all mailbox user data from Exchange 2013 Build 1178.4 to cloud with zero down time, lossless data. - When user change to MS365, all data must be ready. - Total email server: 3 - Total mailbox user: 100 - Total mailbox capacity: 1.3TB
2	- Setup hybrid system - SSO for all users
3	Fresh install OS and MS Outlook for all users, retain old data.
4	Setup backup system on premise
5	Vendor must have Design document, Surestep and timeline meet requirements
6	- Maintenance support: email hybrid, ondrive, sharepoint, MS Team 24x7x4 for 1 year from handover. - Weekly report system. - Onsite support when have request.
7	Deadline: 7 days from get Award of contract
8	Training for Admin 05 days per Year and Users (staff) 07 days per Year
B	GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1	Support 24/7 onsite within 04 hours: 01 years after installation and set-up
2	Experience: 5 projects in the scope provision
