| Inquiry: | Thang Long Joint Operating Company (“TLJOC”) hereby extends its invitation to all potential bidders to submit a quotation for the subject goods/services in respect of TLJOC’s Operation, Block 15-2/01 offshore Vietnam.
Language: English/Vietnamese Interested bidders are required to submit their bid by sending its Quotation for requested items, other tender requirements and tender coordinator contact to the email lbpgiao@tljoc.com.vn, c/c trinhtquang@tljoc.com.vn with an email subject: "Register to participate in the Tender Ref. RFQ#9423002 FOR SUPPLY OF MEDICAL & EDUCATIONAL EQUIPMENT FOR TLJOC CHARITY PROGRAM 2023” not later than 14:00 on the 26/07/2023 (Bidder Registration Due Date). Tel: (84-28) 38230234. SCOPE OF WORK Contractor is required to supply the following materials, equipment on call out basis: 1. PROVISION: Provide the requested item and deliver to requested location:
2. PRODUCT REQUIREMENT Ensure all items are the model as requested in Part 1 - Provision. 3. TIME OF DELIVERY: Within 30 days after signing the contract. 4. PLACE OF DELIVERY: At respective locations specified in Part 1 - Provision 5. QUOTATION: Quotation shall be in NET cost, including product prices, taxes and other surcharge, e.g. Delivery fee, Installment fee, etc. Please be advised that Bidder should provide its registration to TLJOC before the Registration Due Date as stated below. |

TLJOC shall in no way be responsible or liable for non-timely receipt of registration email(s) or for email(s) not received at all. TLJOC reserves the sole right to reject and disqualify any BIDDER who does not meet TLJOC’s requirements based on their capacity, capability and experience in providing the subject goods/services and other requirements subject to internal and regulatory approval. The Tender package shall only be solicited from the approved bidders in compliance with TLJOC’s. |
