| Inquiry: | Thang Long Joint Operating Company (“TLJOC”) hereby extends its invitation to all potential bidders to submit a quotation for the subject services in respect of TLJOC’s 2024 Drilling Campaign, Block 15-2/01 offshore Vietnam.

TLJOC shall in no way be responsible or liable for non-timely receipt of registration email(s) or for email(s) not received at all. TLJOC reserves the sole right to reject and disqualify any Bidder who does not meet TLJOC’s requirements based on their capacity, capability and experience in providing the subject goods/services and other requirements subject to internal and regulatory approval. The Tender package shall only be solicited from the approved bidders in compliance with TLJOC’s Procurement Policies and Procedures. |
