| Inquiry: | Thang Long Joint Operating Company (“TLJOC”) hereby extends its invitation to all potential bidders to submit a quotation for the subject goods/services in respect of TLJOC’s Operation, Block 15-2/01 offshore Vietnam.
Work Schedule: as TLJOC requested Language: English/Vietnamese Scope of services as follows:
- Delivery Place : Vung Tau Supply Base (VTSB) PTSC Downstream Port, Block B, 65A 30/4 road - Thang Nhat ward, Vung Tau - Time of delivery: Monday to Friday (business working hours) - Time of order: 24 hours prior delivery - Quantity of order: at least 20 boxes per order - Supplier should be noted of the formalities and entrance fee when delivery to VT supply Base Interested Bidder please to submit to the email address tttrang@tljoc.com.vn, copying procurement@tljoc.com.vn, ntacuong@tljoc.com.vn, and ptkoanh@tljoc.com.vn with an email subject: "Register to participate in the Tender RFQ #4123047” - PROVISION OF DRINKING WATER FOR OFFSHORE” not later than 14:00 on the 27/09/2023 (Bidder Registration Due Date).
TLJOC shall in no way be responsible or liable for non-timely receipt of registration email(s) or for email(s) not received at all. TLJOC reserves the sole right to reject and disqualify any BIDDER who does not meet TLJOC’s requirements based on their capacity, capability, and experience in providing the subject goods/services and other requirements subject to internal and regulatory approval. The Tender package shall only be solicited from the approved bidders in compliance with TLJOC’s Procurement Policies and Procedures. |
