Thang Long Joint Operating Company (“TLJOC”) hereby extends its invitation to all potential bidders to submit a quotation for the subject services in respect of TLJOC’s Operation, Block 15-2/01 offshore Vietnam. Schedule: as TLJOC request (checking, testing, reporting quarterly - 4 times per years) Bid Bond: Not required Language: English/Vietnamese Tendering process shall be strictly in compliance with TLJOC Procurement Policies and Procedures and its revisions/supplemental. Interested bidders are required to express their interest and intention to bid by submitting its : - Company profile, in which, list out 3 projects with similar scope of work that Bidder has performed. - Practicing certificate according to state regulations for FM200 system (fire fighting system) - Tender coordinator contact point: name, email, telephone number to the email hhhtham@tljoc.com.vn, copying procurement@tljoc.com.vn, nttuyen@tljoc.com.vn, and ptkoanh@tljoc.com.vn with an email subject: "Register to participate in the Tender Ref. RFQ#9423015 FOR PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR SERVER ROOM” not later than 14:00hrs on 10 January 2024 (Vietnam time) (Bidder Registration Due Date). SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor to provide the GOODS with details as follows:

TLJOC shall in no way be responsible or liable for non-timely receipt of registration email(s) or for email(s) not received at all. TLJOC reserves the sole right to reject and disqualify any Bidder who does not meet TLJOC’s requirements based on their capacity, capability and experience in providing the subject goods/services and other requirements subject to internal and regulatory approval. The Tender package shall only be solicited from the approved bidders in compliance with TLJOC’s Procurement Policies and Procedures. |
