| Inquiry: | Thang Long Joint Operating Company (“TLJOC”) hereby extends its invitation to all potential bidders to submit a quotation for the subject goods/services in respect of TLJOC’s Operation, Block 15-2/01 offshore Vietnam.
Delivery time: 12 July 2022 – 12 July 2023 Bid Bond: Not required Language: English Tendering process shall be strictly in compliance with TLJOC Procurement Policies and Procedures and its revisions/supplemental. Interested bidders are required to express their interest and intention to bid by submitting its Company profile, tender coordinator contact to the email procurement@tljoc.com.vn with an email subject: "Register to participate in the Tender Ref. RFQ#4122019 FOR PROVISION OF DRINKING WATER FOR OFFSHORE STAFFS” not later than 16:00 on 27rd June 2022 (Bidder Registration Due Date). Tel: (84-28) 38230234. SCOPE OF WORK: Subject to Company’s call-out, Contractor shall supply the following to Company’s address at 65A 30/4 Street, Vung Tau City, Ba Ria Vung Tau Province:
1. Place of delivery: Thang Long JOC, Vung Tau Supply Base (VTSB), PTSC Downstream Port, Block B, 65A 30/4 road - Thang Nhat Ward, Vung Tau 2. Time of delivery: Monday to Friday (business working hours) 3. Time of order: 24 hours prior delivery 4. Quantity of order: at least 20 boxes per order 5. Suppliers should be noted of the formalities and entrance fee when delivery to TLJOC VTSB in PTSC Downstream Port. TLJOC shall in no way be responsible or liable for non-timely receipt of registration email(s) or for email(s) not received at all. TLJOC reserves the sole right to reject and disqualify any BIDDER who does not meet TLJOC’s requirements based on their capacity, capability and experience in providing the subject goods/services and other requirements subject to internal and regulatory approval. The Tender package shall only be solicited from the approved bidders in compliance with TLJOC’s Procurement Policies and Procedures. |
